Your new responsibilities will entail: monitoring all repair enquires, data, spare parts, refurbishment among other tasks to provide an excellent Customer Service to consumers, monitoring of the repairs processes, monitor status of the repairs and take any remedial actions and day to day processing of repairs in SAP. Analyse supplier costs and handling invoices. Analysis of all data and management information from repair centre.Create and establish monthly reporting packs for After Sales costs and repairs. Ensure the Repair Centre works in accordance with the policies, practice, and procedures established by the company. Assist the After Sales Manager to continue to improve the internal processes of the department.
Degree educated (preferably in an analytical subject) - Post university experience (Electronics and Technology sector preferable) - An interest in the Video Games industry (preferable but not essential) - High attention to detail and ability to handle large and complex data sets - High level of Excel skills. - High level of SAP SCM module - A strong general communicator with ability to build strong cross functional relationships. - Strong team player with problem solving skills - Ability to work with deadlines - Strong presentation skills - Project Management skills
