Responsibilities

A bit about you...

You will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking to deliver excellent customer service.
You'll be comfortable working as part of a team to support stakeholders to manage disciplinaries, capability, grievances, probation periods, absences, change and people issues, aiming to resolve these informally wherever possible. You will be able to build strong working relationships, deliver in a timely manner and have a proactive approach.
You will be proficient in writing reports…these could be outcomes from investigations or hearings, policy development or analysis of HR Management Information (MI). You will be able to look at MI and to effectively analyse what that information is telling you, whether it is absence, turnover or ER cases, and use that data proactively with your stakeholders.
You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade effectively.
