Responsibilities of the In-Store Maintenance Technician:
Service, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigerated display cabinets and other RACHP systems
Maintain contact with clients, ensuring work is completed to an agreed standard
Completing appropriate job reports, including correct parts and estimated time as required
Act as lead engineer to the support engineer and maintain regular contact with other team members e.g. contract support administrator, supervisor, manager to help deliver customer expectations.
Assist with the other building services work as required to specified standards such as BESA SFG20.
Ensure company Technical, Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards are maintained outlined within the Health & Safety Handbook, Quality and Environmental policies/standards
To perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements of the In-Store Maintenance Technician:
Refrigerant handling qualifications - FGas, Ammonia, CO2 or Hydrocarbon
Experience working in a commercial environment
Competence in safely dismantling and reassembly of refrigerated display cabinets, including handling required relevant equipment such as pressure washers, wet vacuums, hand drills, etc.
Experience working within a dynamic/flexible team environment acting as lead engineer, ideally covering day/night shifts to support business requirements.
Right to work in the UK
Full UK Driving Licence
Hours: (NIGHT SHIFT)
Working hours are 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. 22:00 - 06:00
