Identify, research and engage with potential new tenants, through direct enquiries, sales leads and market prospecting.
Drive new sales opportunities through local market research, insights, competitor research, sales leads and agency engagement.
Act as sales ambassador, working across the wider business to encourage sales leads and customer engagement.
Support sales activities to drive show-rounds and promotional events.
Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports and attend monthly sales meetings.
