You will be part of a team of 3. One of the members is more junior, meaning you could help in their mentoring and coaching. What a great way to develop your skills. At the same time this means your hard work will be seen and recognised. Your voice will be heard and if you think something could be done better, it can and will be taken on board (what a breath of fresh air!)
