The day to day duties of the Financial Controller include but are not limited to:
Managing and developing a small team
Establishing and maintaining financial policies and processes
Oversee the day to day running of the business
Working with stakeholders to help enhance the business offering
Provide insightful information and recommendations to senior leadership to help inform strategic decision making
Run the planning and forecasting cycles
Monthly management reporting
The ideal candidate would:
Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
Have at least 2 years in a similar hands on role
Have experience using Xero
Be a strong communicator
Have experience in dealing with senior leadership
