As the Interim Sourcing & Commercial Manager you will sit within the IT Projects team and support a new Finance Transformation system that they are rolling out. You will have a mix of responsibility across the existing contract, and negotiating new SOWs within that, as well as supporting some of the smaller sourcing projects that may arise with other third-party suppliers. You will be ensuring that contractual arrangements are aligned and that the business is receiving the best possible service from the suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a project lead role, where you can manage checkpoints, approvals, statement of works, and time frames within a project, and engage with a range of stakeholders. The main stakeholder group you will be dealing with here are a close-knit unit, and they work in a very collaborative nature, so softer skills and engagement skills are paramount to succeed here. Experience within Finance Transformation would be beneficial here, but not a show stopper.
