Key Responsibilities:
Analyse complex existing IT environment
Develop migration or transformation approach of IT services
Assist in migrations
Provide project support as required
Key Skills:
Be able to understand a broad range of technology whilst analysing dependencies to assist in a datacentre transformation:
Applications, Operating Systems, Networking, Storage, Virtualisation, Hardware (incl. micro-segmentation), Automation
Analytical skills to determine optimum solutions for migration or transformation of services
Understands complex IT environments, and their transformation or migration requirements
Experience in VMware technologies (VMware Cloud Foundation (vCF), vSAN, NSX, vROPs, vSphere vCenter, ESXi, vLI, vRNI, SRM, vRA, vRO)
Experience with HPE server hardware
Operating System experience with Microsoft Windows Server, RedHat Linux, Solaris
Ability to analyse, document, implement, test and transition solutions to a very high standard
Understands the requirements to implement solutions for the hardware and virtualisation infrastructure
