Most importantly you will need to have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and be able to think conceptually when dealing with our clients.
Good customer presentation capabilities in order to support our clients both remotely and at site (therefore a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle is required)
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in providing technical guidance and assistance as part of a work team
Demonstrated experience in the of involvement in technical planning
Microsoft knowledge - Including but not limited to Exchange, Azure, Win10, SQL, Hyper-V (building, configuring and troubleshooting)
Office 365 knowledge and experience
Exposure to Wireless Hardware/Switching/Firewalls and Network Design
Experience in VMware Hyper Visors
Proven ability in Remote admin
Highly Desirable
Experience using development languages, PHP, CSS
Experience using a ticketing system
Microsoft Certifications and other IT related certifications
Experience in Cisco
