Quantity Surveyor Role:
Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
Reviewing contractor and subcontractor pricing and leading negotiations to drive fair contract prices.
Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
Review and participate with the design services team and contractor, in the development of the cost estimates.
Contract adminstration
Manage Change control and negotiate change orders along with construction management throughout the construction lifecycle.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
Must have experience delivering a Semi- conductor, Data Center or Pharmaceutical construction project.
BSC/Msc in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
Solid technical experience in all cost mangement areas, planning, estimating, pre-contract, post contract and final account.
Proficient in MS suite.
Must be willing to relocate to Sweden on a full time basis.
