Duties will include:
Wiring / Re-wiring, Emergency lighting, Lighting, sockets, circuits, Single and 3 phase power, Control panel maintenance, Fault finding, AHU'S / FCU's (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans), chiller checks, boiler resets, BMS monitoring, general baric / building services duties across the premises when required.
Requirements:
Must hold City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
Must have experience within commercial building services
Must have experience within a client facing role
Able to build rapport and a relationship with clients and a team
