This role will oversee the production of the products in a manual assembly and test environment. You will work closely with supply chain to ensure minimum stockholding and JIT material availability line side. You’ll be the instigator and facilitator of improvement ideas, coaching those around you to develop their own skill set at the same time. You’ll ensure delivery targets are met and RFT is driven through the factory.
