Responsibilities
Provide Effective leadership, supervision and mentoring to the team leaders and scheme managers in day to day operations
Maintains positive relations with all tenants and give appropriate direction to staff in-order to maintain this
Improve the quality of service that is provided where necessary
Ensures that all Policy and Procedures are up-to-date and in-line with current Regulations
Ensure that control of expenditure is within budget constraints and that the service is financially viable
Implements performance management (and disciplinary) policies as necessary, taking appropriate and corrective action as determined by the circumstances
Engaging with tenants to ensure that they feel a valued part of the community
The successful candidate for the role of Registered Manager will have:
Experience of managing services for vulnerable adults
Self-motivated and pro-active
Approachable, dependable, tenacious and confidential
A genuine passion for working with vulnerable people
Knowledge of the housing and benefit system
Willing and motivated to undertake further training and development
An enhanced DBS check issued within the past 12 months and/or on the update service
