You will be responsible for the management of your workload, following appropriate processes in accordance with agreed quality and service standards and working as a team to achieve this.
Answer incoming customer enquiries
Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Experience within the following areas is desirable to be considered for this opportunity:
Delivery of claims within a time efficient manner
Ability to be able to work on your own accord as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Italian and English
Quality customer service experience
Computer literate
Confident with a willingness to learn
Working under pressure and being able to prioritise
