Role Overview
Proactively assist with managing flexible benefits across Hyde.
Undertake job evaluation and salary benchmarking.
Analyse reward and salary data and produce advance MI reporting for the business.
Experience of working in employee benefits.
Undertaking salary benchmarking and calibration of roles.
Assist with the implementation of the Wellbeing Strategy.
Work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and other HR team members to ensure pay and benefits issues are identified, and solutions are provided.
Undertake reward and well-being projects.
Assist with the negotiation and implementation of new rewards contracts.
Advanced excel and strong analytical skills essential.
