This is a chance to join us as the senior in-house recruiter and ensure we have the talent we need. Leading the Police Staff Resourcing team, you will tackle end-to-end recruitment for all police staff vacancies, increasing direct hires, applying best practice and searching diverse talent pools. You’ll also manage recruitment contracts with agencies and report on campaign performance.And crucially, you’ll create annual resourcing plans and set KPI targets.
The key is to build excellent relationships with hiring managers to create an effective and compliant resourcing function. At the same time, you’ll shape an outstanding candidate experience that’s built around our employer brand.
This is a role for an experienced recruiter with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end recruitment. Ideally CIPD-qualified (or equivalent), you’ll have extensive experience of working on Talent Acquisition, direct hire projects and sourcing scarce skill sets. With this background, you’ll know how to make the most of various recruitment channels such as social media and programmatic advertising. And when it comes to policy and process development, you’ll always apply best practice.
