Fantastic permanent opportunity for a Site Manager with exceptional people skills and some experience of heritage works to join an expanding specialist sub-contractor to manage sites in and around the South Coast. You will be working with a team of experts who are renowned in their field and are undertaking a range of varied and prestigious projects with Main Contractors.
The role:
Manage all works safely and efficiently
Manage day to day site logistics
Manage relationships on site and effectively juggle demands from client, main contractor and site staff
Work with the site team in monitoring HSEQ aspects of the project
Keep a full record of site activities and ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
Manage resources on site and assist commercial team with cost management
Candidate requirements:
Exceptional communication skills and demonstrable experience of maintaining relationships in demanding settings
Knowledge of stone masonry very well regarded
Site Manager experience of super prime / high net worth residential properties highly regarded
Residential Site Management experience
SMSTS and CSCS card, additional qualifications well regarded
