Due to seasonal demands our client is looking to recruit an additional Customer Support Assistant to join their busy team. Based north side of Lincoln the successful candidate will be required to assist in maintaining performance levels for all inbound calls and enquiries.
Duties:
First point of contact for incoming customer calls
Handle inbound queries quickly and efficiently
Take ownership of queries and issues / resolve to both customer and company satisfaction
Work effectively in a team environment.
Assist in weekly/daily/monthly tasks as outlined by line managers.

·Good communication skills, verbal and written

·Understand timescales and deadlines
·Excellent telephone manner
Full time hours Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 17.30 however additional work may be required to meet the needs of the business
