Chef Manager required to work in the catering facility. Working from Monday to Friday term time only (40 weeks per year), 35 hours a week at a salary of £20,000 per annum to start in September. Our ideal candidate will be dedicated, have a passion for fresh food and be able to lead the catering team.
Your duties will include the overall management of the catering operation, providing nutritious dishes using fresh ingredients, ordering, menu writing, company bookwork and staff recruitment, training and supervision.
