Full service restaurant management: 2 years (Required).
Proven success in previous positions.
Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication, and training.
Stable and consistent work history in the Hospitality Field.
Confident in coaching employees FOH & BOH and upholding standards in a positive and effective manner.
Has eye for detail and has an "every plate is someone's meal" mentality.
Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required.
